Boswellia serrata, also known as frankincense, is a resinous botanical used for centuries by traditional Ayurvedic herbalists. Its bioactive boswellic acids have been shown in studies to affect key enzymes involved in maintaining healthy tissues, helping support the immune system's balanced response to everyday wear and tear on joints and connective tissue.

Suggested use
